During troubleshooting of an officer’s SPARROW RAIL MIN signing issue, it has been observed that DSC Signer Version 4.1.8 is no longer compatible for APR Signing . Also, the signer download link available on SPARROW login is either not working or getting corrupted. It is hereby informed that SPARROW RAIL MIN (APR Portal) is now functioning properly only with DSC Signer Version 7.0.2. The correct and updated signer version has been uploaded on the NR website under the Employee Corner, along with the CheckLive link for verification.
