Quick Setup Instruction 
1. Make sure Java runtime is installed Either install by click on above click.
2. Download and Install DSC Signer Service using above link. Start the DSC Signer Service from Desktop, it should prompt like this and it will also auto start as startup item while to start system.


3. Install the Certificate from Pre-Requisites folder available in downloaded Package. 
3. Click on DSC Server Check link and make sure it prompts " Success".
4. Use the DSC Server Check link (https://127.0.0.1:55101/check/isLive) & http://127.0.0.1:55100/check/isLive)on the browser you, preferred to you for E-Office working and add certificate Exception to computer when prompt while using check link.
5. Give a restart to System if possible either try to login and start using Digital Signatures.

Is your E-Office DSC Services is still not starting and not prompting as below like this ( even you have followed all basic instruct which is provided to you) Reason could be  1. A re your getting error as below while using IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) website and  you get error message as below , which says  "Failed to open AppletLoader:apltId.vercheck is not a function" Please follow these steps 1.   E-office and PARICHAY Digital Signer troubleshooting guide Recently it is observed while Gazetted Officers signing for their APAR and IPR with DSC Signer 4.0 which is recommended for Digital signing any document/page in E-office/SPPARROW is not working properly and tossing different error, whereas it was working fine before. So we recommended to process using e-hastakshar method for APAR signing but IPR page was still causing errors in few cases. After few tests/tweaks we observed below 1.      DSC Signer 4.0 & 4.1 is working fine if anyone is only using E-Office as signing application ( existing known method) Available signer and method on below URL’s  https://tinyurl.com/eofficembdiv http://tinyurl.com/moradabaddivision https://mbdiv.blogspot.com/ 2.      E-office has release a DSC Signer Version 4.1.7 which is working fine for E-Office as well as SPPARROW signing once recommended method is followed.
