📋 Quick Setup Instructions

⚡ DSC Signer Setup – Step by Step

  1. Install Java Runtime using the link above (required first step).
  2. Download and install DSC Signer Service (Windows 4.1.8). Start it from the Desktop shortcut — it auto-starts on system boot.
  3. Install the certificate from the Pre-Requisites folder inside the downloaded DSC Signer package.
  4. Open the HTTPS check link: https://eoffsigner.eoffice.gov.in:55101/check/isLive — it should show "Success". Accept any certificate exceptions.
  5. Also test local check: http://127.0.0.1:55100/check/isLive in the browser you will use for E-Office.
  6. Restart your system if possible, then log in and start using Digital Signatures.

Download the CRIS Signer for IPAS - Click here Prerequisite of CrisSigner Install latest version of java ( if using 64 Bit PC install 64 bit if not installed 32 bit. Go to control panel of system.
