E-office and PARICHAY Digital Signer troubleshooting guide Recently it is observed while Gazetted Officers signing for their APAR and IPR with DSC Signer 4.0 which is recommended for Digital signing any document/page in E-office/SPPARROW is not working properly and tossing different error, whereas it was working fine before. So we recommended to process using e-hastakshar method for APAR signing but IPR page was still causing errors in few cases. After few tests/tweaks we observed below 1.      DSC Signer 4.0 & 4.1 is working fine if anyone is only using E-Office as signing application ( existing known method) Available signer and method on below URL’s  https://tinyurl.com/eofficembdiv http://tinyurl.com/moradabaddivision https://mbdiv.blogspot.com/ 2.      E-office has release a DSC Signer Version 4.1.7 which is working fine for E-Office as well as SPPARROW signing once recommended method is followed. It is now suggested to uninstall 4.0 or 4.1 and use 4.1.

a lots of user are facing issue while using Mozilla Firefox ( recommended browser of E-Office) where while adding any new receipt from Browse & Diarize or Opening any File pdf ( it goes to download section of firefox and does not shows up in Eoffice Page) , suggesting to look up below settings in Mozilla App to avoid this scenario , Go to Options > Applications, then find the listing for Portable Document Format (PDF). Under the Action column, make sure it is set to  Open in Firefox

Is your E-Office DSC Services is still not starting and not prompting as below like this ( even you have followed all basic instruct which is provided to you) Reason could be  1. Java is not properly installed Click here and install Java and restart the system 2. If you are sure and Java is installed/updated on your system , another reason is port which is required by E-Office DSC Signer Service  https://127.0.0.1:55101/check/isLive  &    http://127.0.0.1:55100/check/isLive   ( Port 55101 and 55100) is being used by any other program in your system. some identified program are  WinZip Winrar    we recommend you to uninstall these program as these are also not free and ask money to pay to be register  use 7ZIP software which completly free and does not required any registration and same to use always.
