My name is Girish Chandra Tiwari currently working as a Senior Engineer Information Technology in Moradabad Division Northern Railways.

I am a Certified  Microsoft Professional and Engineer ( MCP and MCSE) on Server 2003 and Server 2008/2010/2012/2016 for SMB and Enterprises Level Business and Trained CCNA and Trained Information Systems Security Professional .

I  have experience of Configuring IT environment from scratch to end for Small and Medium Business at Server ( Rack and Blade Server) and Network Level along with Firewalls.

Having 12+ year of Experience in Domain Servers , Email Exchange Server ( 2007 and 2010) and Active Directory Environment along with Cloud Backup Server like Symantec,VEAM and Office 365 environment.

I have worked with London based IT Firm PACIFIC Infotech UK Ltd( London ) as IT Manager , also worked as IT Manager at Ranjan Narula Associates Vatika Tower Gurgaon and Data Centre Engineer at IYOGI Technologies  and Server support Engineer at TechProcess Solutionm Ltd ( BillJunction.com) 

To keep me updated towards my CORE knowledge and certification I am helping users as a freelancer IT Consultant and trying to utilized my Expertise in Government as Information Technology Engineer by making people aware about technology and educating them to show the power, if one having knowledge of information and technology can make the self-life easy , just we need follow the correct procedure by being aware and process of learning on basic level.

IREPS error says-Fail to open WebSigner: Object doesnt support property or method open

A re your getting error as below while using IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) website and  you get error message as below , which says  "Failed to open AppletLoader:apltId.vercheck is not a function" Please follow these steps 1. Only install 32 bit (x86) version for Java Runtime Enviroment (JRE) from java website. 2. If window ask you for upgrade to 64bit version, just un-check or deny it to install and you keep installing 32 bit (x86) version 3. After installation is completed. For windows 7 go to control panel > and select "view by : small icons" and then right click on "Java" and then click on "Open". For windows 10, press window button from keybooad and search "java" and on search results right click on "Java" and then click on "Open" 4. on the opened "java control panel" click on the "Security" option at the top bar and then click on the "ADD" button and

  E-office and PARICHAY Digital Signer troubleshooting guide Recently it is observed while Gazetted Officers signing for their APAR and IPR with DSC Signer 4.0 which is recommended for Digital signing any document/page in E-office/SPPARROW is not working properly and tossing different error, whereas it was working fine before. So we recommended to process using e-hastakshar method for APAR signing but IPR page was still causing errors in few cases. After few tests/tweaks we observed below 1.      DSC Signer 4.0 & 4.1 is working fine if anyone is only using E-Office as signing application ( existing known method) Available signer and method on below URL’s  https://tinyurl.com/eofficembdiv http://tinyurl.com/moradabaddivision https://mbdiv.blogspot.com/ 2.      E-office has release a DSC Signer Version 4.1.7 which is working fine for E-Office as well as SPPARROW signing once recommended method is followed.
