1. Follow CRIS Signer installation link from link  - click here

2. Follow JAVA Setting from link- Click here

Make sure it shows 2039 port when service is installed on system . either signer will not work

A re your getting error as below while using IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) website and  you get error message as below , which says  "Failed to open AppletLoader:apltId.vercheck is not a function" Please follow these steps 1. Only install 32 bit (x86) version for Java Runtime Enviroment (JRE) from java website. 2. Mozila firefox not showing pdf file in EOFFICE receipt or e file tab after uploading or for display

a lots of user are facing issue while using Mozilla Firefox ( recommended browser of E-Office) where while adding any new receipt from Browse & Diarize or Opening any File pdf ( it goes to download section of firefox and does not shows up in Eoffice Page) , suggesting to look up below settings in Mozilla App to avoid this scenario , Go to Options > Applications, then find the listing for Portable Document Format (PDF). Under the Action column, make sure it is set to  Open in Firefox
